Founder & CEO
A visionary in the field of music education and creative entrepreneurship, Irene has spent over two decades empowering young musicians to pursue meaningful careers in the arts.
From bringing the Vienna Boys’ Choir to Hong Kong to creating opportunities for thousands of young performers worldwide, Irene’s mission has always been the same: to help the next generation of musicians shine. Awarded the Knight’s Cross of Austria for her cultural contributions, Irene now leads the KALOS team with one goal — to guide young classical musicians to build thriving, sustainable careers in today’s world.
