In the Spotlight
Each month, we feature a Creator who embodies the values of learning, sharing, and connecting. Their story reflects the shared journey of every musician striving to build a meaningful and fulfilling career in music.
Meet our featured Creator of the month, Cathy Tsang, a flautist inspired by KALOS to connect music with society and creativity, also to become a well-rounded musician.
Cathy has recently worked with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Welsh National Opera, and the Ukrainian Opera and Ballet Theatre Kyiv, among others. She is excited to share her upcoming concert joining the Orion Orchestra on 14th May at Cadogan Hall, London—an important step closer to her musical aspirations.
Her musical journey encourages us to trust time and experience, and to become our own excellence. Stay humble, embrace failure with courage, continue to explore, and persevere—the journey itself is deeply rewarding.
In many ways, her journey reflects what it means to take ownership — not only of one’s craft, but of one’s growth and direction.
