Creators and Mentors

A Community of Musicians, Guided by Experience
At KALOS, we believe a successful music career grows through both self-development and connection — with peers, mentors, and the wider artistic community.
This page celebrates both: our Creators, young musicians shaping their careers with purpose, and our Mentors, experienced professionals sharing their knowledge to guide the next generation.

In the Spotlight

Each month, we feature a Creator who embodies the values of learning, sharing, and connecting. Their story reflects the shared journey of every musician striving to build a meaningful and fulfilling career in music.

What can happen when a musician turns professional expertise into a meaningful venture? Yee Lam NG, Registered Music Therapist and founder of JOU Music, has built a career that brings together music, entrepreneurship and community impact.
From music therapy and education to her work supporting cancer patients, caregivers and survivors through the Artswalkers Community Cancer Support Programme, her journey shows that there are many ways to create impact through music.
“KALOS guided me to turn my professional expertise into a business, helping me move from being self-employed to becoming an entrepreneur. With their support, I feel more confident as I develop my work.”
We’re proud to support Yee Lam as she takes her next steps — including her charity concert on 26 September, raising funds for the Artswalkers Community Cancer Support Programme.

Our Mentor Creators

Behind every great musician is someone who’s walked the path before.

Their support helps young musicians connect artistic ambition with professional direction, transforming potential into purpose.
