Video Submission (Before the First Session)
Before the mentorship begins, participants are asked to submit a performance or project video. This allows the mentor to gain an initial understanding of your artistic background, current level, and areas of focus.

 

Initial Matching & First Session
An initial online session will be arranged with the assigned mentor. This session is designed to ensure the pairing is suitable, align expectations, and clarify your goals and needs.

 

Setting Your Mentorship Structure
Together with your mentor, you will discuss and agree on a preferred session frequency / check-in interval (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), based on your learning pace, project timeline, and personal goals.

 

Ongoing Mentorship & Support
Your mentor will provide guidance, feedback, and professional support throughout your creative and career development journey — whether that involves performance growth, project planning, or broader artistic direction.

 

Session Booking & Coordination
Once session timeslots are agreed upon, all sessions should be booked and confirmed via email with the KALOS team. We will assist with scheduling and coordination to ensure a smooth experience.
