Career Roadmapping empower you with individual consultations to guide your music study options and preparations. A range of consultation topics are available according to your needs, with an initial 5 sessions of 1 hour each listed below with the option to book for multiple sessions and additional assessments according to individual needs. These session topics below come with a few questions as a hint of what you may, but not limited to discuss in the session. Section 1: Identity & Vision -What styles or genres most inspire you? -Who are your musical role models and why? -What would success look like for you in 3, 5, and 10 years? Section 2: Current Skills & Resources List three strong musical skills you possess. What equipment and resources do you currently own/use? What are your biggest professional gaps or barriers? Section 3: Goals & Priorities -What specific career goals do you have for the next 12 months? -Rate the following priorities for your career (1 = low, 5 = high): Performing, Recording, Teaching, Composing, Business development. Section 4: Opportunities & Network -Who are three contacts who could connect you to new opportunities? -List three collaborations or projects you’d love to do in the next year. Section 5: Learning & Growth -What business or technical skills should you develop next? -How would you prefer to learn new skills? (Online class, mentorship, workshops, etc.) We highly recommend you to book through the roadmapping journey, but individual bookings are also welcomed.
