Many artists find themselves navigating a space where opportunities are not always given — but created. At the same time, the question of direction becomes increasingly important: What do I want to create? Where am I heading? What do I want to be known for?

These are not always easy questions. And they are rarely part of formal training.

This upcoming session, From Musician to Musicpreneur: Clarity × Creator Mindsets, is an invitation to explore these ideas more openly.

Rather than focusing only on outcomes, the conversation centres on two foundations: clarity — a deeper understanding of one’s artistic identity and direction,and a creator mindset — the ability to recognise possibilities and shape them into something real.

Together, these form a way of thinking that supports musicians in building paths that are not only sustainable, but also personally meaningful.

About the session

This will be a lively and interactive sharing session for musicians and creative talents who are curious about turning their passion into sustainable pathways. Through short talks, candid conversations, and micro coaching, our Founder & CEO Irene Au and guest speaker Kessy Chan (Founder & Director of Wei Sing Music) will share real journeys, challenges, and small but practical steps in navigating the music and creative industry.
