KALOS is excited to present a special online webinar and coaching series with acclaimed contemporary violinist and our Mentor-Creator Olivia De Prato, designed for performers, composers, and advanced music students interested in contemporary string practice and performance.

This two-part series explores:

• Extended string techniques

• Alternative scales and tuning systems

• Contemporary notation practices

• Improvisation and graphic scores

• Multimedia collaboration and electronics

• Contemporary repertoire and historical practice

Alongside the webinars, participants may also apply for individual online coaching sessions focused on advanced performance techniques, notation, interpretation, and composition.
