Musicians spend years developing their craft, but far fewer are guided in understanding how to sustain it. Money is often seen as something separate from artistry — sometimes even in conflict with it. But what if financial clarity is not about control, but about creating the conditions to continue doing meaningful work?

Hong Kong-born flautist Cathy Tsang is a versatile orchestral musician based in London. She recently worked with BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Welsh National Opera.

Hong Kong pianist HO Yu-To Tommy is currently a third year undergraduate music student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in piano performance under the tutelage of Raymond Young. He also previously studied under William Fu. While studying in CUHK, HO participated in masterclasses coached by Ms. Nancy Loo, Prof. David Gwilt, Prof. Patrick Yim, Prof. Jenny Soojin Kim and Prof. Ksenia Nosikova.

Jayson began his musical journey in classical music, majoring in violin, and later expanded into modern music during university. Currently under the tutelage of Mr. Dick Wong, he specializes in Pop and Jazz arrangement. Jayson arranges and composes primarily in J-Pop, R&B, and Fusion Jazz, with his latest Cantopop work available on all streaming platforms. He is also the vocalist for the Jazz Fusion band THE FLOWTERS and the violinist for the dynamic duo sideCHAIN.

A graduate of HKBU Academy of Music, Chai Young is a pianist musically influenced by Jazz, Japanese Fusion music, and Video Game soundtracks. He performs at various occasions and venues along with musicians of different backgrounds in a range of ensemble sizes, where he can adapt to different performance setups and demands on the spot.

I started my classical music journey when I was 4 years old, specializing in vocal analysis. My interest in music deepened during my studies, prompting me to challenge myself by taking exams.

Nicole Yim graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with First Class Honours, and is on the Dean’s List.

Born in Macao, Kristen Kong Wai Kio is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music degree at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts under the tutelage of Professor Eleanor Wong.

Born in Kowloon, Hong Kong, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Alan have shown a passion for music since childhood and entered Xiamen Music School in 2006 to study piano under the guidance of Professor Chen Yin. Alan achieved excellent results during his time at school and was recommended to graduate from high school.

Mao Jiarui, a talented musician, began studying trumpet and piano at age 6 under Professor Nie Ying. He debuted at 7 and has performed for notable leaders.

Michelle Ma Hang Yi is a talented soprano in her final year of vocal performance at Hong Kong Baptist University. Studying under Yuki Ip, she has received guidance from renowned mentors and participated in masterclasses with notable figures.

Matthew Ng is a Third-year undergraduate music student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), majoring in cello under the tutelage of Mr. Cheung Ming-yuen.

Italian pianist Erika Crinó is very active as a chamber musician, soloist, adjudicator and music teacher. Several of her performances have been featured on CBC Radio both as a soloist, as winner of the Debut Series, and in chamber music settings, collaborating with percussionist Salvador Ferreras, clarinetist Francois Houle, pianist Brett Kingsbury, and with soprano Vania Chan, winner of the special prize at the Eckhard-Gramatté Competition.

Classically trained in composition, orchestration and piano at The Music Academy, University of Belgrade, ELAK Institute Vienna (electro-acoustic composition), STEIM Institute (electronic music workshop where she created her instrument crackle box) in Amsterdam, and with her doctorate in music science at the Institute for popular music, The

Experienced répétiteur with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Proficient in accompanying and coaching singers, instrumentalists and skilled in sight-reading and score analysis. Adaptable and detail-oriented, able to work effectively with a variety of singers, instrumentalists  and musical styles.

Ronald Royer is a multi-talented musician who is active as a composer, conductor, cellist and recording producer. Born in Los Angeles into a family of professional musicians, he began his career as a cellist, performing with such ensembles as the Toronto Symphony, Utah Symphony, Pacific Symphony, and American Ballet Theatre Orchestra, as well as working in the Motion Picture and Television Industry in Los Angeles.

Leandro Pellegrino is an internationally acclaimed guitarist who has been steadily developing his reputation as one of the finest guitarists of his generation. Born is Sao Paulo, Brazil, Leandro studied music composition and Jazz improvisation during his teenage yers. After earning his Bachelor's degree, Leandro auditioned for the prestigious Berklee College of Music and was awarded a full-ride scholarship to pursue his studies in Jazz and improvised music.
