Pianist Aster Lai was born and raised in Hong Kong. She studied at the Vienna Conservatory in Austria before making her home in Toronto, Canada in 1977. Since then Aster has established a name for herself, not only as child pedagogue specialist but as a passionate and inspiring teacher who cares for each of her students and their families like her own.

Austrian-born Erasmus Baumgartner began his musical education with the St. Florian Boys’ Choir (St. Florianer Sängerknaben) near Linz in Upper Austria. At the age of seventeen he went on to study voice at the Anton Bruckner Private University, where he specialised in choir and ensemble direction.

Berthine van Schoor is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch and the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria. She has performed extensively in Europe, Japan and India as a soloist, chamber musician and as a member of several orchestras and was the principal cellist in the Philharmonic Orchestra in Bad Reichenhall, Germany.

Bernhard Philipp Eder, born & raised in Vienna, Austria, has devoted his life to the arts of music from a very early age. At the age of 15, while studying at the Musikgymnasium Wien Neustiftgasse & Konservatorium Wien University (organ), he made the decision to become a composer & conductor.

Ali Funkhouser grew up in Massachusetts where she got an early start in the world of musical theatre at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts. Her credits include the national tours of Evita (directed by Hal Prince) and Joseph and the...Dreamcoat, and regional productions of Legally Blonde at The LEX (Margot, u/s Elle), Puccini’s Suor Angelica with Chelsea Opera NYC (La Novizia), Newsies (Katherine), Joseph Dreamcoat (Narrator), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey), and more

Acclaimed by the specialized press and public alike, Canadian-Argentinian Alexander Panizza developed his musical education in Toronto, Buenos Aires, Geneva, Paris, Barcelona, and London, where he completed a post-graduate diploma at the Royal College of Music. His mastery of pianistic sonorities and powerful sound allow him to shine in the grand piano concerti repertoire, including those by Brahms, Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Beethoven and Schumann.

Kristen Kong Wai Kio, born in Macau, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts under the tutelage of Professor Eleanor Wong. Her passion for music began at an early age, and she studied piano with Steinway Young Artist Vincci Chan and Steinway Honorary Teacher Suyi Chan.

Kelsey Ho Yee Kiu is currently in her third year of the Bachelor of Arts in Music program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in flute performance under the tutelage of Ms. Megan Sterling. She has attained the LTCL diploma in Flute Performance from Trinity College London, and has further enriched her musical artistry under the guidance of renowned flautists such as Wissam Boustany, Ian Clarke, and Michael Cox.

Lee Kwok Lui Alice is an undergraduate student at the Music Department of CUHK, majoring in piano performance under the tutelage of Dr. Mary Wu.

Chau Yat Yuet Joy is currently two years into a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

WONG Sai Kit is a year 4 student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Music at HKBU. In 2020, Wong, who originally had never thought of further study in music, met Mr Cheung Ping by fate and started his music career under his inspiration. Currently, he majors in piano under the guidance of Dr Lee Yung Yung and Mr Cheung Ping.

Lau Wing Chung is currently a year 4 student at Hong Kong Baptist University, studying for his Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Music and majoring in voice under the guidance of Mr. Chan Foon Sheung since 2022.

Hong Kong pianist HO Yu-To Tommy is currently a third year undergraduate music student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in piano performance under the tutelage of Raymond Young. He also previously studied under William Fu. While studying in CUHK, HO participated in masterclasses coached by Ms. Nancy Loo, Prof. David Gwilt, Prof. Patrick Yim, Prof. Jenny Soojin Kim and Prof. Ksenia Nosikova.

Si Nok In Ashley is a Year 3 Bachelor of Music student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in flute and minoring in piccolo under Ms. Chuang Suet Wah Ivy. She began the flute at age 11, later on served as principal flutist of the Macao Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO) and toured with the Orchestra to France, Spain, Portugal etc.

Jayson began his musical journey in classical music, majoring in violin, and later expanded into modern music during university. Currently under the tutelage of Mr. Dick Wong, he specializes in Pop and Jazz arrangement. Jayson arranges and composes primarily in J-Pop, R&B, and Fusion Jazz, with his latest Cantopop work available on all streaming platforms. He is also the vocalist for the Jazz Fusion band THE FLOWTERS and the violinist for the dynamic duo sideCHAIN.

Born in Kowloon, Hong Kong, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Alan have shown a passion for music since childhood and entered Xiamen Music School in 2006 to study piano under the guidance of Professor Chen Yin. Alan achieved excellent results during his time at school and was recommended to graduate from high school.

Michelle Ma Hang Yi is a talented soprano in her final year of vocal performance at Hong Kong Baptist University. Studying under Yuki Ip, she has received guidance from renowned mentors and participated in masterclasses with notable figures.

Matthew Ng is a Third-year undergraduate music student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), majoring in cello under the tutelage of Mr. Cheung Ming-yuen.

Mao Jiarui, a talented musician, began studying trumpet and piano at age 6 under Professor Nie Ying. He debuted at 7 and has performed for notable leaders.

A graduate of HKBU Academy of Music, Chai Young is a pianist musically influenced by Jazz, Japanese Fusion music, and Video Game soundtracks. He performs at various occasions and venues along with musicians of different backgrounds in a range of ensemble sizes, where he can adapt to different performance setups and demands on the spot.
