Jason Poon (Violin)
Cheuk Yin Jason Poon is a versatile young violinist and violist who oozes passion and shows great finesse in his playing. Jason started learning the violin and piano at the tender age of five, and was awarded LTCL in Violin and Grade 8 Viola and Piano at the age of twelve. Under his teacher Ms Aimee Sung and his coaching in chamber music by Professor Mak Su-yin at the Chinese University in Hong Kong, he developed a diverse tone palette and texture to his playing.
